Vera was outstanding from the very start! Upon first meeting her, my wife and I were amazed at her genuine passion for the job, and we also felt immediately that she had our best interest in mind. We were pleasantly surprised on how quickly we were able to place our whole trust in her. Never did we have to worry about anything, since we were always kept up to date on what was going on. She always told us the way it is, never having to sugar coat anything. When needed, she always had alternative plans or ideas to make our home more marketable. She did such a great job in staging our home that we didn't even recognize it. Her husband Kenny was also very instrumental during the whole process. As an example, he took the time almost nightly, to check on our vacant home, to make sure that it was ok and secure (something that he didn't have to do). While selling a home is a business, and business always involve money, one thing that stood out for us equally during this whole process was that working with Vera and Kenny felt like we were working with family, versus business partners. Thank you so much for making a potentially stressful situation a pleasant one. You two deserve the highest marks possible, for not only do you excel in what you do, but you do it in such a personable manner. Thank you for everything, and take care.

I worked with Shirley Weems and she was amazing! She is always available day or night to answer any questions or concerns. She found us beautiful houses and was able to get us quickly inside of them to take a look. I would recommend her for anyone looking for a new home.

Andy is very professional and courteous. He sold my home in three months. I did not think I could sell it. He returns your calls promptly, and definitely knows what your needs are. Purchasing my first home was not the experience it should've been...Kim and I went through everything you could possibly think of.. she handled every curve ball with GRACE and CONFIDENCE and made sure EVERYONE was up to date and informed!!! Worked with Vera and Kenny twice now, first time was in a very poor market, they were both very supportive the whole time, did not sell the home in that time period but came back in a couple years and they just picked it up where we left off. Dealt with multiple offers this time and sold the home rather quickly to the right buyers. Enjoyed working with both Vera and Kenny, hard workers, supportive and helpful. Kirsten was a pleasure to work with as we located the right place for our adult daughter to live. The first place we made an offer on was not such a good deal as we discovered after doing a home inspection. Kirsten saw that deal all the way through the contract cancellation to the refund of our money.

Kim was very honest and helpful to my wife and I as we studied the market for selling our home. She was very patient, working with us over many months as we began to search for a new home and eventually sold our home and bought a new one. She was always encouraging and was able to guide us to obtain a fair price for the sale within the time available to us.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Kim and would recommend everyone and anyone to work with her. My husband and I were relocating to Florida since he is stationed at Cape Canaveral. We were not familiar with the area and Kim spent a lot of time learning our individual and family needs/interests and providing ample houses to view. Since we were far away, she scheduled two weekends just for us to show us 30+ houses when we were on house hunting leave. She came to the sales purchase meeting, initial and final walk-through, and closing. When our closing date got pushed back due to our lender dropping the ball, she intervened on our behalf and sent us hotels to stay at over the weekend. She is very passionate, friendly, and hard-working and we were very impressed with our working relationship over the last 3 months.

We first moved to Florida in July 2015, with Kim's help, we closed on our new house on August 31, 2015. Kim was very attentive to what we needed for our family of 4. She is a great realtor and would recommend her to anyone, and for our future selling or buying of more property.
