As the Waterman Team Closing Coordinator, I follow up on all details and coordinate activities with all parties to insure that all terms of the contract are adhered to. This includes following up with buyers & sellers and cooperating Realtors®, making sure that inspections are done within the inspection contingency time frame, getting all information to the title company or attorney handling the closing, making sure the mortgage is moving forward and loan approval is obtained by the contract deadline, making sure the survey is ordered if required, making sure home owner insurance is obtained, and making sure that closing occurs on time.
