KaCee brings a youthful and exciting demeanor to the Waterman team. She moved to Florida 6 years ago, by way of Huntington, West Virginia. KaCee holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Marshall University in music performance, where she played the French horn. She now considers Florida her true home and could not see herself anywhere else!
While taking a hiatus from music, KaCee decided to pursue one of her passions in finance. For years she served as a Financial Service Representative with a major bank and helped people in all walks of life learn how to manage and make the most of their money. This experience provided her with the skills to not only be able to communicate effectively with customers, but to also be able to anticipate needs, gain trust, and be a top notch customer advocate. Needless to say, when it was time to make the move from finance, real estate was a natural choice.
To KaCee, being an advocate for a customer is one of the most important things that we as realtors can do. Her goal is to make sure that the customer’s best interest is always being communicated, even if it might not be what they want to hear. Honesty, integrity, loyalty, compassion, and a hunger for success are also very important traits that KaCee brings to the table. Her phone is always on and will promptly return any calls or emails.
When not at work, KaCee enjoys singing karaoke, cooking, playing music, and going to the beach. She has also decided to play music again. You can find her playing French horn professionally with the Brevard Symphony Orchestra, Space Coast Symphony, Florida Lakes Symphony Orchestra, the Southwest Florida Symphony Orchestra, Carolina International Orchestra, Hollywood Concert Orchestra, and the Villages Philharmonic.
