I am a Massachusetts transplant and became a Florida resident over 20 years ago, after serving in the US Army where I expanded on a deep-seated work ethic and developed valuable skills through the military. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve specialized in Residential Real Estate, New Construction, Investors, 1st time Home Buyers and Leasing. I have been involved with real estate in designing residential and commercial buildings of all sizes with substantial experience in dealing with, architects, engineers, contractors, and building officials which allows me to have the capability of providing my customers with a unique perspective on buying, selling and investing in a home.
